1ABEL is a brand of IImagined Company, registered in Melbourne, Australia. Founded by Anyro. Everything sold on 1abel.com is sold under these terms.

1ABEL is currently waitlist-only. Items in your bag are preferences, not purchases. Submitting the waitlist saves contact details and bag preferences; it does not place an order, take payment or reserve stock. It does not authorize a later automatic charge or guarantee early access.

Ordering, stock allocation and fulfillment terms must be confirmed before purchases open. No fixed email schedule is promised by signup.

Prices are listed in USD on the site. The current checkout does not calculate a payable order total. Shipping, applicable taxes and any international duties need to be clear before a future purchase.

The full returns policy lives at the Returns Desk. The published default is final sale except defects, fulfillment errors, and rights that cannot be excluded by law. A saved preference is not an order to cancel or refund. Nothing in these terms removes applicable consumer rights.

Photography, copy, brand name, logo, and the design system are owned by IImagined Company. You may share product images with credit. Don't reproduce or redistribute the brand assets without writing us first.

Any dispute will be handled in good faith first by writing to anyro@sirency.com. If a formal dispute is required, jurisdiction is Melbourne, Australia.

We update these terms when our process changes. The revision date at the top is canonical. We don't apply changes retroactively to filed orders.
