1ABEL is a brand of IImagined Company, registered in Melbourne, Australia. Founded by Anyro. Everything sold on 1abel.com is sold under these terms.

1ABEL operates on a limited-pressing model. Items in your cart are pre-orders held against the next pressing. You aren't charged until the press runs. Pre-orders are not guaranteed to fulfill in case of supply chain failure — we will refund and write a real apology in that scenario.

When a capsule is sold out, no restocks are produced. The system is intentional.

Prices are listed in USD on the site. Local taxes are applied at checkout based on shipping address. International duties may be charged by your country's customs and are paid by the recipient.

The full returns policy lives at the Returns Desk. The short version: most orders are final, exceptions exist for defective or wrong items, pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the press runs.

Photography, copy, brand name, logo, and the design system are owned by IImagined Company. You may share product images with credit. Don't reproduce or redistribute the brand assets without writing us first.

Any dispute will be handled in good faith first by writing to anyro@sirency.com. If a formal dispute is required, jurisdiction is Melbourne, Australia.

We update these terms when our process changes. The revision date at the top is canonical. We don't apply changes retroactively to filed orders.
