Everything goes to support@1abel.com. Order notes, sizing questions, press, wholesale — same inbox. Anyro reads and replies, usually within 24 hours on weekdays.

We don't run a support team. We don't have a chatbot. If your question is urgent, write “urgent” in the subject line and we'll jump it forward in the queue.

02What to write about

Sizing & fit. Send measurements; we'll tell you which size to file.
Order changes. Cancel or modify a pre-order any time before the press runs.
Press & editorial. Samples, embargos, interviews with Anyro.
Wholesale & stockists. We work with a small number of curated rooms.
Anything else. If it's about 1ABEL, write us.
