What we collect, what we don’t.

Capsule waitlist

First and last name, email, notes, selected bag preferences, release date, signup source and marketing preference. Older capsule signups may include an optional phone number; the checkout no longer asks for one.

Email list

Email and signup source, plus anything you choose to add: your size, the pieces you’re interested in, and whether you want only the opening email

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 page paths, referral source, approximate region, device/browser basics, interaction events, and site-search terms

Browser storage

Bag, saved waitlist confirmation, favorites and display preferences in localStorage; account details if account features are used

We don't collect

Browsing history outside 1abel.com, social profiles, precise GPS location, device fingerprints

We use signup details to save preferences, manage release interest, respond to support requests and send updates according to your signup choices. Signup does not promise a fixed number or schedule of emails. We don’t sell data, share it with marketing partners, or build profiles for ad targeting.

Emails are sent through Resend. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to your email preferences, where you can switch to only the opening email or leave the list.

The current waitlist takes no payment and collects no card details or shipping address. Signup records are sent to Supabasefor storage. Any future purchase flow will need separate payment and shipping disclosures before it opens.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages are visited, how visitors reached the site, broad device and region patterns, whether site interactions work, and which site-search terms return useful results. Search terms that resemble an email address or phone number are redacted before measurement. Google processes that analytics data under its privacy policy. We do not use GA4 for personalized advertising.

• The studio uses signup details to manage release interest and support.
• Supabase stores the submitted signup records.
• Resend sends the emails you signed up for.
• Google Analytics — for site measurement and performance analysis.
• Website hosting services process requests needed to serve the site.

Contact the studio to request removal of signup details or to ask about retention. Browser copies remain until cleared or replaced. Analytics retention is controlled by the configured Google Analytics property settings and Google’s privacy policy.

• Correct anything wrong.
• Have your data deleted (except tax-required records).
• Stop receiving email, or use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email we send.

1ABEL uses localStorage, including 1abel-cart for bag items, 1abel-waitlist and 1abel-waitlist-last for saved signup confirmations, and account storage if those features are used. Clearing browser storage does not delete a signup already sent to the studio. Google Analytics may also use analytics cookies or browser storage for measurement. Blocking the analytics script prevents analytics events from being sent. Browser privacy controls may limit or clear analytics storage. No third-party advertising trackers.

We update this policy when our process changes. The revision date at the top is canonical. We don’t apply changes retroactively to data already collected.
