Order

Name, email, ship address, items, payment confirmation (not card details)

We don't collect

Browsing history outside 1abel.com, social profiles, location, device fingerprints

We use what we collect to ship clothes, send the one annual notify-list note, and improve the site. We don't sell data, share it with marketing partners, or build profiles for ad targeting.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. They see card details; we don't store them.

• Anyro and one customer-service contractor (signs an NDA).
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Shipping carriers — name + address only, on the label.
• That is the entire list.

Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Notify-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Anything else (analytics, sessions) is wiped within 30 days.

Email anyro@sirency.com to:

• Receive a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correct anything wrong.
• Have your data deleted (except tax-required records).
• Stop receiving the notify-list email.

We respond within 14 days, usually faster.

1ABEL uses small pieces of browser storage: 1abel-cart (cart items), 1abel-user (auth session), and a session ID during checkout. No third-party advertising trackers.

We update this policy when our process changes. The revision date at the top is canonical. We don't apply changes retroactively to data already collected.
