Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 weeks of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 5-7 business days after the processing period.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by location:

  • USA, Canada, UK, Europe: 10-21 business days
  • New Zealand, Asia: 7-14 business days
  • Other regions: 14-28 business days

Tracking
